In times of high demand (e.g. 'Back-To-School' - following school holidays) delivery of your order may take up to 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email advising you that your order has been sent by either by National or Local Courier. If your order was sent by courier your dispatch email will have a tracking number and a link to our courierís website. Please refer to this email and click on the relevant link, enter your tracking number if requested to obtain details of delivery.

Our preferred courier company will attempt delivery of your order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery. If no contact has been made to our courier company following the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If your order has been sent via our National Courier, they will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local depot.
